Custom-Made Products — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Since all our products are custom-printed to order, they are exempted from the standard right of withdrawal.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@nyereprints.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Size or Color Ordered

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes or colors chosen by the customer. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement free of charge. After this period, production has already begun and cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
